STIRLING ENGINE
  1. Flywheel
QuadCAD developed an alternative "lightweight" flywheel to help power the Stirling Engine's initial (static) movement. The inner spokes of the sterling engine are mad from a lightweight 3D printed plastic. This allows for the heat source to rotate the flywheel at a lower temperature.

Stirling Engine Definition:
A Stirling engine is a heat engine that operates by cyclic compression and expansion of air or other gas at different temperatures, such that there is a net conversion of heat energy to mechanical work.

Funtionality
This Stirling Engine follows quadCAD's model by developing and assembling efficient products. Utilizing only an allen wrench, this style Stirling Engine can be assemble by people of all ages.
